We installed the Payroll Integration Tool and I set it up to export as paychex preview and selected a week where employees had hours I wanted to export and it keeps telling me, No Records found!
How do I make it work?
One reason it would give you that message is if you do not have the Code Mappings assigned properly.
You can locate those settings by clicking on System Settings > Export Payroll > Settings > Code Mappings.
There you will need to enter the code for Regular and Overtime hours.
