Setting a function to record time taken out by an employee

How to i set time taken out by an employee? Our company does not hav strict time as to when to go for lunch but each individual takes an hour off at a time convinient to them. How do i set Fingertec TA 300 to record that one hour correctly?

If the employees are going to clock In/Out for their lunch break, the TCMS software will automatically deduct the time they spent clocked out from their total worked time.

If the employees do not clock In/Out for their lunch break, you can set an automatic deduction on the TCMS program.
